1. Why doesn't my vacation rental have linens?

Most vacation rental owners do not live in the vicinity of their rental properties. It is very costly and time consuming to have cleaning companies take care of linen laundering after each rental for them.

2. Why don't I just bring my own linens?

Many people do choose to bring their own linens. If you already own sheets that match the sizes of the beds in your rental home and want to bring all of your own toweling as well you can save a bit of money. A typical small linen order at Pocono Linens for 6-8 people fills two large 18 gallon tote boxes. Larger orders can take up to four 18 gallon totes! This takes up a lot of your valuable cargo space that could be used for luggage, groceries, and other things.

3. How does the linen delivery/pickup process work?

We will leave your linens at the front door of your vacation rental home before 2 p.m. on the day of your arrival. When you depart, just leave the tote boxes back where you found them and we will pick them up that day.

4. Do I need to launder the linens?

No! Let us do the work, just put your used linens in the tote boxes provided at the end of your stay and leave them outside of the home.

5. Why do I have to put the linens outside?

We do not have access to your rental home and can not enter the property after your departure.

6. I have a special request, can you help me?

If you have a special request such as bed making services, extra pillowcases, etc. we will be happy to try and accommodate you. Just give us a call on our toll free number.

7. I just found out my rental does not provide linens, can I order last minute?

Last minute orders can usually be accommodated, but please call our toll free line to make sure that we have received your order.
